Diagnosis at your home

We agree on a time that suits you. For €75, including call-out, the technician finds the cause and gives you a quote on the spot.
Repair after your OK

If you agree, we repair it straight away or order the part. After testing, you receive an invoice.

Know the price before we start

One fixed amount for the call-out and diagnosis, wherever you live in our service area. Then you get a quote for the repair and decide for yourself.

Most repairs stay well under €200 in total.
Would it cost more than €200? We always discuss it with you first.
Decide not to repair? You only pay the €75.

How much does a repair cost?

A fixed €75 for the call-out and diagnosis, including VAT and 30 minutes of fault finding. You then get a quote for the repair itself. Many repairs end up between €100 and €200 in total. If it would cost more than €200, we always discuss it with you first.

Do you charge extra travel costs?

No. Within our service area (about 40 km around Zwanenburg, including all of Amsterdam, Haarlem, Hoofddorp and Amstelveen) the €75 includes travel.

When can you come?

We usually get back to you within one working day and plan a visit that suits you. We're available Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 21:00.
